Not gonna do it!

I probably won't throw away my scale, but I'm going to weigh myself only ONE TIME per month. I've gained a lot of muscle from working out 6x/week, and I get all sorts of frustrated from not losing any "weight." I know I'm making progress because I feel great and my jeans are fitting looser, and I don't want to be unnecessarily disappointed because of a number. I'm eating a little smarter = salads for lunch, lots of water, and some serious protein post-workout. I'm hoping this will make my progress ... better? Does that sentence make sense?

Also, Dr. Ruth turned 80 on Today. That woman makes me want to hug the TV. The Talk Sex lady wasn't quite as lovable ... but I think it has to do with the accent and the height. No, I'm not superficial and silly...
